Lamb Henry's is a chop from the shoulder blade of the lamb, perfect in the slow cooker and so full of flavour. We have marinated these using an oil based marinade with mint and rosemary.

Place in the oven on 140oC for 90mins, cover with foil and season lightly with olive oil.
